    Intern, Customer Service

    ABOUT YOU:

    You are curious and excited to work in a Start-up set up to help us scale.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls 
    • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 
    • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues 
    • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Education: Diploma in a related field or higher 
    2. Work experience: Entry level
    3. Have own and operational laptop
    4. Job Location: Along Thika Road, Nairobi. We prefer persons in close vicinity.
    5. Must be able to work from home/office
    6. Job Type: Based on work shifts
    7. Knowledge of computers, and IT systems
