Inventory Executive at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field inventory management
• 3-5 years of relevant inventory, import, or supply chain experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP and retail/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong inventory control, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze inventory trends and support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with production, sales, operations, and quality teams.
• Manage product pricing, profitability, launches, and product strategy execution.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory system updates and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control and operational procedures.
