    Investment Executive

    Job Summary: 

    The Dry Associates Private Wealth Investment Executive (DAPWIE) is a unique opportunity to explore the nuances of private wealth management. Through the program, you’ll learn to fine-tune your skills to help better clients uncover their long-term objectives and take the steps necessary to reach their goals. By working with experienced Financial Advisors, you’ll discover how wealth management strategies can help clients better prepare for their financial future.

    Essential Job Functions for the Investment Executive will include:

    • Complete proprietary training in finance, wealth planning, investment strategies and products.
    • Assist Financial Advisors with helping their clients articulate their financial goals within the context of their investment strategy
    • Drive goals-based wealth management strategy to develop and grow clients
    • Deliver exemplary service and financial guidance to clients, including recommendations for suitable investments and proposed financial strategies.
    • Complete a minimum number of approved financial plans and financial goal analyses each month for your clients.
    • Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations.
    • An established network with High Net Worth (100M+) individuals is essential.

    Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent to five years of professional experience in business development, management, sales, legal, accounting, education, finance or other business-related fields.
    • Experience in a top-tier investment banking experience (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan) or consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) highly welcomed
    • MBA or advanced certification is preferred
    • Exceptional problem-solving and sharp analytical skills, with a keen understanding of financial statements
    • Creative thinking to analyse, evaluate and draw appropriate conclusions from multiple data relationships and interactions
    • Sound data gathering and data validation abilities
    • Proficient/power user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with planning/reporting tools
    • Detail-oriented, accurate and possesses strong organisational skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across all departments and levels within the organisation; high energy to work through a high volume of work products while remaining engaged in a positive team approach
    • Ability to work independently
    • Exemplary in communication, presentation, time management and organisational skills.
    • Talented at networking with businesses and personal communities.
    • Proficient at listening to client needs and capable of skilful construction of tailored financial solutions.
    • Authorization to work in Kenya without durational restrictions.
    • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment assessments.
