Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identification, negotiation, closing, monitoring, investments and finally exiting of investment in Kenya.
• Undertake viability studies on targeted companies
• Negotiating and structuring investment projects on the targeted entities
• Marketing the company’s investments solutions and build sound relationships with clients and role players
• Implementing corporate governance disciplines in investee companies and initiating investment in chosen areas if investments preferences
• Managing and adding values to the investment portfolio

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or any relevant degree
• Experience in leading a team for over 2 years
• Experience in auditing, banking and /or sales and marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience in commercial property financing / sales will be added advantage
