IoT Connectivity Specialist at Tramigo

Main responsibilities/ required skills and experience:

• Configuration on Tramigo IoT SIM management platform.
• Troubleshooting of failed Connectivity services.
• Generate and analyze statistics; improve the devices settings based on the data analyzed
• Generate and update educational documents for internal and external purposes.
• Improvement of existing processes.

Job Requirements

• Proactive problem solving
• Clear communication in English
• 1-year relevant experience in Telecommunications
• SS7, DIAMETER knowledge
• Roaming call flow knowledge
• Any associated skill/knowledge with eUICC sim management is an added advantage.
