Junior Electrical Engineer at Eleven Degrees Consulting

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Electrical Technician for our client to join the technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical engineering, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to provide reliable support in installation, repair, and maintenance activities.

This role is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, practical, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Support senior technicians and engineers in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and system performance.
• Provide technical support during equipment testing and commissioning.
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or equivalent qualification.
• Grade I certification in Electrical Work (or relevant technical certification) is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in electrical engineering or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work in field environments.
