Lead Interior Designer at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Develop creative and functional design solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, translating these into detailed design plans.
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring they meet the design intent and project specifications.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate design implementation and address any challenges.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques, and integrate them into design projects where appropriate.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing direction and feedback to enhance their skills and contributions to the team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
