What You'll be Doing

You’ll be the go-to person for all things people. Your job will touch every part of SRC’s human capital journey:

• Talent Architect – Scout, attract, and onboard brilliant minds.
• Culture Builder – Shape a thriving workplace where our team feels valued, inspired, and safe.
• Performance Champion – Implement our staff performance management system and help everyone shine.
• HR Operations Pro – Oversee policies, benefits, and compliance with Kenyan labor law.
• Learning & Growth Lead – Drive training, mentorship, and pause-and-reflect sessions.
• Safeguarding Guardian – Ensure every team member upholds safeguarding standards, creating a respectful, secure workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development (Master’s = bonus points).
• Professional HR certification (CHRP-K, IHRM, or equivalent).
• 6+ years of solid HR experience (recruitment, performance, operations).
• Proven experience with Balanced Scorecards or similar frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Kenyan labor laws + HR compliance.
• Strong grasp of safeguarding principles.
• A people-person who is strategic, hands-on, and loves fast-paced growth.
