- Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring & Due Diligence
- Client Advisory (Regulatory, Commercial & Employment)
- Conveyancing & Registry Processes
- Legal Research & Business Development Support
Who you are
- LLB + KSL Diploma, Advocate of the High Court (LSK member)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a busy law firm
- Strong drafting, research & commercial awareness
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused
