Qualifications
- Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the Kenya School of Law (or equivalent certification).
- Prior experience in a corporate law firm, conveyancing practice, or in-house legal department (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint) for drafting and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Kenya's land laws, real estate regulations, and corporate compliance is highly desirable.
