Loan Officer at Magna Credit Limited

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, market loan products, and onboard new clients
• Conduct client due diligence, KYC checks, and loan assessments
• Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and obligations
• Provide basic financial literacy and business training to borrowers
• Monitor loan repayments and carry out ethical collections
• Conduct field visits to verify client businesses andinformation
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports via the Super lender system
• Meet monthly disbursement and collection targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years' experience in sales, microfinance, or collections
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work in rural and underserved areas
