S/he will be responsible for
Follow up the Field Site Office procurement organization
Carrying out or ensuring correct management of warehouse dedicated to store equipment’s and items for the operation at Field Office level
Organization of Fleet / vehicles and of any other means of transport in term of
allocation, use and maintenance management at Field Site Office level
Following up the organization of HI equipment, use and maintenance Field Site office level
Organization of premises supply / services and facilities (Office, staff accommodation, storage facilities, vehicle parking) at Sub base Office level**
Following up the on organization of HI equipment, use and maintenance field site office level**
Respect of HI identity, rules and policies
