    Manager Credit Risk Management

    Job Summary

    Provide Job Summary to give an overview of the role. It is primarily used when advertising the role internally and externally during hiring- This role will be responsible for secured risk policy management with product line of WM, Mortgage. Expertise required for the role to have in-dept understanding and technical knowledge of property related nuances. Strong analytical skill is required to segment portfolio and review the risk associated with areas, segments, and properties. Real estate technical understanding is required on mortgage valuation and its nuances.

    • This role will require the person to thing strategically in driving portfolio growth in mortgage and Wealth Management

    Business

    • This area of business is the fastest growing and priority portfolio for the banks strategic intent for growth

    Processes

    • Robust process to be adhered to and also contribute to the changes in processes time to time as the regulation and strategy changes

    People & Talent

    • This role will require to work and grow with people around and nurture the knowledge of the co-workers

    Risk Management

    • Regular monitoring of portfolio, addressing and early indicators and de-risk the portfolio from loss severity and allow the business to grow in right segments for a sustainable growth.

    Governance

    • All policies and processes to be adhered to.

    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the .
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.     • Country Credit Head and business general managers and credit initiation department, Portfolio MI team and external valuers.
