Expertise required for the role to have in-dept understanding and technical knowledge of property related nuances. Strong analytical skill is required to segment portfolio and review the risk associated with areas, segments, and properties. Real estate technical understanding is required on mortgage valuation and its nuances.

Risk Management

• Regular monitoring of portfolio, addressing and early indicators and de-risk the portfolio from loss severity and allow the business to grow in right segments for a sustainable growth.
