Job Description

• Build and lead a high-performance distribution team.
• Manage the back-office team, underwriting, claims and customer service.
• Drive business growth through agency, sub-agent networks and digital platforms.
• Define roles and refine existing agency structure.
• Handle regulatory documentation, follow-up, and compliance procedures.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Enhance agency operations, CRM systems, and policies for the agency.
• Enhance partnerships with insurers.
• Negotiate products access and commercial terms.
• Plan 3–5-year business growth strategy.
• Design and set (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics and reporting structures.  

Job Requirements

• 5+ years in the insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or distribution role.
• Strong commercial experience in insurance sales or distribution and insurance partnerships
• Experience in underwriting, customer servicing and claims management.
• Proven success in launching new business lines or growing agencies.
• Current or former roles in insurance agencies, brokerages, bancassurance teams, or Insurtechs.
• Should have previous work experience with major insurance companies.
