    Manager, Product Lending

    Description

    To own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and lifecycle of Lending products at country level. Drive market positioning, growth acceleration, and profitability targets. Makes high-impact decisions on pricing, risk, investments, and partnerships while championing innovation and digital transformation.

    • Champions digitisation and modern lending platforms to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Drives adoption of digital origination and automation to improve efficiency and client experience.

    Credit Strategy & Portfolio Optimisation

    • Demonstrates deep understanding of credit scorecards and credit strategies to unlock growth opportunities within the portfolio, enabling sustainable balance sheet expansion
