Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

• Be the voice of Jumpstart Kenya on social media – the more creative, the better!
• Be the enthusiastic advocate of our learner community
• Create TikTok videos, Insta stories, tweets... you name it, that resonate with young job seekers.
• Flex those graphic design and video editing muscles to make social content that pops.
• Chat, engage, and build a community where our learners feels at home.
• Keep an eye on what's trending and how we can be part of the conversation.
• Organize and rock out at events that scream fun and opportunity.
• Measure how well we're doing and always think of ways to do better.

You're The One if You:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or anything that shows us you know your stuff.
• Have been around the social media block for at least 3 years, professionally speaking.
• Can whip up a cool graphic or edit videos that make us go "Wow!".
• Are a talented copywriter that speaks the language of our audience.
• Are a self-starter who loves finding solutions more than pointing out problems.
