Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenya for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research, identifying key trends, and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts to meet business objectives.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing to develop strategic campaigns
• Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and business growth
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or bedding solutions industry is a plus
