• As the Marketing Head, you won’t just manage campaigns you’ll inspire and mentor a dynamic team of 5–15 marketing professionals, develop innovative strategies, and align marketing objectives with the company’s business goals. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events)
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Manage marketing budget and partnerships with agencies

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–12 years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
