Job Description

• A leading company in the animal health and nutrition sector is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive market growth and increase product penetration within the Mt. Kenya region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand creation activities targeting small-scale and medium-scale dairy farms.
• Organize and oversee farmer trainings, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Build strong partnerships with farmer groups, dairy cooperatives, agro-dealers, veterinarians, and other industry stakeholders.
• Support the growth of medium-scale farm business within the assigned territory.
• Monitor field activities and evaluate their impact on sales performance.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Maintain an updated database of key dairy farms and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Animal Health or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the animal health or livestock sector.
• Strong understanding of the dairy industry within the Mt. Kenya region.
• Valid membership with the Kenya Veterinary Board is an added advantage.
