    Call Centre Agents

    Job Description

    • We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting clients in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
    • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary
    • Capture and update customer information accurately in the system
