Marketing Specialist at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years experience with the following descriptions and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations of the plumbers loyalty program ensuring smooth functionality and positive participant experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions about program benefit, rewards and enrollment processes.
• Input and maintain data related program participation and rewards redemption.
• Planning and execution of the program events,such as training sessions, & promotional events for plumbers.
• Carry out and monitor program enrollment and track participation.
• Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Education and other qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in loyalty program management,customer engagement or related roles.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with loyalty program software/Apps. 
• Impact and influence.leading and developing people.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
