Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests warmly, professionally, and with genuine joy.
• Deliver exceptional massage treatments tailored to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, wellbeing, and privacy throughout each treatment.
• Create relaxing wellness experiences that complement the overall guest journey.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and well-organised treatment space.
• Ensure all equipment, linens, products, and supplies are maintained to high standards.
• Uphold hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support other lodge departments when no massage appointments are scheduled.
• Demonstrate Angama’s values of ubuntu, respect, honesty, courage, and joy in all interactions.

 Key Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy, or related field.
• Previous experience working as a professional Masseuse, preferably within a hospitality, wellness, or spa environment.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, health, safety, and guest care standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required
• Current first aid certification would be an added advantage
