Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Yoga, Pilates, Fitness Training, Wellness Coaching, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in massage therapy, spa therapies, or holistic wellness treatments.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices, and overall wellbeing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering wellness, fitness, spa, or holistic health services.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required

 Key Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy, or related field.
• Previous experience working as a professional Masseuse, preferably within a hospitality, wellness, or spa environment.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, health, safety, and guest care standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required

• Booking travel arrangements within East Africa, covering air, ground transport, accommodation, and more
• Ensuring accurate reflection of booking details in the system
• Providing real-time internal feedback on guest logistics
• Liaising with the finance team for timely collections with kindness

• 3–5 years’ experience in the high-end safari travel space
• Strong knowledge of East African accommodation and travel logistics
• Experience using Tourplan, HubSpot, Safari Portal, or similar reservations and travel planning systems
