Reporting To: Plant GM, C.E.O, Chairman, C.F.O

Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Stores Management

Experience: At least 3 years in the same capacity

Desired Qualities:

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good Communication ability
• Good and Clear understanding of supply chain
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Plan, come up with company stocks policy and implement
• Put in place the company stocks process flow
• Place orders for stocks as per the company needs
• Issue stocks to relevant users in time and follow up for proper usage
• Receives Stocks from suppliers, Stores, and arranges the company stocks warehouses
• Make sure the company is never in shortage of stocks at all times
• Replenish stocks on prompt requirements
•  Enter quantities of stocks into the Organizations Inventory System.
• Promptly update the company stocks system
• Makes sure that the Finished Goods are well stocked as per their specifications and well captured in the Stock system
• Takes the stocks count on periodic intervals for suitable and efficient flow
• And any other duties as may be assigned
