Microbiology Analyst at Nestle

Job description:

•     Make sure that the workplace is safe, clean, and maintained in accordance the requirements of Good Laboratory Practices.
•     Ensure timely analysis of samples within the stipulated time. 
•     Ensure that the analysis methods used in analysis is as stipulated in the laboratory instruction. 
•     Ascertain adequate documentation and calculation of results before reporting as per laboratory instruction.
•     Participation in root cause analysis for any out of specification result related to Analysis.
•     Participation in the Nestlé Proficiency tests as part of performance improvement.
•     Perform any other duty as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
   

What will make you successful

•     Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (microbiology, chemistry, food technology or other related fields)
•     At least 6 months relevant experience in Microbiology lab or equivalent.
•     Involvement and Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 will be an added advantage.

 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in  Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology or other related fields 
 Experience:  At least 6 months relevant experience in Microbiology lab or equivalent
