Job Requirements
- We are hiring a Modern Trade Manager for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Modern Trade management within FMCG
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and supermarket chains
- Strong negotiation skills in pricing, listings & trade terms Experience executing promotions, visibility campaigns & sampling activities
- Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking
- Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi &surrounding areas)
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
- Effective team leadership & coordination of field reps and Start Date: Immediate merchandisers
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
