    IT Champion Internship

    Responsibilities:

    • Setup printers, schedule maintenance, fix where possible to ensure functionality of all IT Equipment in the office.
    • Offer network technical support.
    • Help the operations team to setup fieldpro software for new franchisees teams in case
    • of expansion or hirings
    • Train staff on software and company tools, like google-mail, google-calendar,
    • google-drive, FieldPro Application, MWater and others
    • Work alongside FDOs, Ops & Finance to gather business critical information from
    • fieldpro and present in useful, structured, readable and relevant reports

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Diploma in IT or pursuing a Degree in related field
    • Aged 21yrs and above
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Ability to proactively develop creative solutions
