    Office Administrator

    Gross Salary: Open

    Job summary:

     

    Our client is an ISO 9001 Quality Endorsed company committed in manufacturing the highest standard cleaning chemicals, servicing the hospitality, healthcare, laundry, transport, marine and mining sectors, they seek to hire an Office administrator to play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors and direct them 
    • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents 
    • Coordinate project deliverables and conduct telesales. 
    • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
    • Provide administrative support for operations team 
    • Monitor the production staff 
    • Perform accounting tasks as follows:
      • Timely posting of Petty cash vouchers.
      • Posting of sales invoices and proper filing.
      • Timely and accurate receipting of cash and cheques from customers.
      • Prompt and accurate posting of supplier bills and payments.
      • Following up on outstanding customer accounts
      • Accurate update and filing of monthly VAT returns and other statutory obligations
      • Managing Inventory and update the quickbooks system.
      • Carry out month end physical stock take and report on stock status and variances.
      • Responsible for proper handling and filing of company’s financial records.
      • Manage logistical needs of the company.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of CPA 2 or ACCA,
    • Computer Literate with thorough profiency in Quick-books software.
    • At least 1-2 years experience in accounts
    • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, high integrity, professionalism and good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Drivers License with good understanding of Nairobi geographical outlay.

    .Qualification and Requirements
