    Office Attendant

    OFFICE ATTENDANT JOB GROUP ‘J’ (NYACASB 10) – ONE (1) POST

     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparation of tea and other meals, delivery and presentation to member of the County Assembly and Members of Staff
    • Ensuring security and cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen accessories, appliances and equipment within the assembly
    • Assisting in cleaning of offices and ensuring efficient and effective utilization of cleaning materials
    • Performing any other duties that may be assigned to the office from time to time

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Show merit and ability in relevant performance and results through previous work experience
    • KCSE mean grade D (plain) and above
    • Possess good communication skills
    • Extra academic and professional or professional certification e.g hospitality, computer certificate, or any other relevant certificate from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
