Our client, a company providing wastewater treatment systems, appliances and related environmental solutions, is seeking a confident, charismatic and engaging Online Marketing Presenter to become the face and voice of the brand across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will create and present engaging video content that explains wastewater treatment systems, showcases appliances and services, educates customers and supports online marketing and lead generation.
This position is ideal for a video presenter, content creator, YouTuber, TV host, digital marketer or spokesperson who is comfortable in front of the camera and can explain technical products in a simple and engaging way.
The role will be based at the companys main office in Kahawa Sukari, Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Host product demonstrations, explainer videos, promotional videos and webinars for digital platforms.
- Create and present content for YouTube, LinkedIn, social media and the company website.
- Explain wastewater treatment systems, appliances and services in a simple, clear and engaging manner.
- Translate technical product specifications into customer-focused benefits.
- Work closely with marketing and technical/engineering teams to develop and refine video scripts.
- Research and learn the company\'s products and services to ensure accurate content presentation.
- Represent the brand professionally and authentically on camera.
- Participate in live streams, online Q&A sessions and webinars when required.
- Respond professionally to audience questions relating to wastewater treatment, maintenance, installation and service packages.
- Contribute ideas for educational, promotional and product-focused content.
- Help generate audience engagement, enquiries and potential online sales leads.
- Maintain a professional and credible brand image across all digital channels.
- Where required, travel to company facilities or other locations for filming and content production.
The role specifically requires the presenter to bridge the gap between technical wastewater/environmental solutions and everyday consumers or B2B audiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Presenter, TV Host, YouTuber, Content Creator, Digital Presenter, Spokesperson or similar role.
- Portfolio, showreel or samples of previous on-camera work are required.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong confidence and natural presence in front of the camera.
- Ability to explain technical or industrial concepts in simple and engaging language.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn technical products and systems.
- Good understanding of social media and digital content.
- Professional appearance and communication style.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with marketing and technical teams.
- Comfortable recording content either from a suitable home studio setup or at company/client locations.
