Onsite Sales Agents at Platinum Credit Limited

This is a full-time on-site role for Onsite Sales Agents, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Onsite Sales Agents will be responsible for generating sales, meeting with potential clients, explaining loan products, and assisting clients with the loan application process. The position requires maintaining and expanding the customer database, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling inquiries, solving customer issues, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales/ Insurance/Real estate
• Ability and experience in Training
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the microfinance sector is an added advantage
• Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
