Our client in the logistics industry is hiring operations assistants with experience in logistics, administration and operations.

Qualifications

Experience; Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Education; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Location; Mombasa Road
Salary; 45,000 Kshs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Director of Operations with all tasks, including data entry, training, and scheduling.
2. Proofread and correct reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
3. Collaborate with any team or project as required, assisting with non-specialized tasks.
4. Multitask across multiple projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
5. Create marketing communications and social media posts.
6. Monitor sales orders and supplier relations.
7. Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.
8. Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.
