Operations Finance Manager at Fanisi HR Solutions

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support project operations and project management
2. Find, prepare, review and submit competitive tenders
3. On-board new clients and receive initial client briefing 
4. Prepare bills of quantities, perform cost pricing and cost analysis 
5. Generate cash flow projections for projects and manage the cash flow 
6. Prudently manage project finances
7. Manage subcontractor contracting
8. Coordinate the procurement process and mange vendors
9. Submit and negotiate contract variations and additional works
10. Ensure contractual and legal compliance for all projects
11. Follow up and ensure clients make payments on time
12. Lead and manage teams
13. Perform day-to-day general administrative duties and support the implementation of HR policies.

Person’s Requirements

1. Must have at least 4 years of work experience mostly in an Interior design company
2. Must have experience managing construction projects with an emphasis on interior fit-out
3. Must have exposure to project financing and cost control
4. A finance professional with construction industry experience or an experienced Quantity Surveyor with finance expertise is preferred
5. Experience preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tenders is required.
6. ArchiCAD/AutoCAD quantity take-off experience
7. Possess good leadership and management ability
8. Very strong client relationship management skills
