Operations Lead at Fanisi HR Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Cascade the company’s strategic goals to the team and ensure they are met
• Oversee the financial management of the organization for optimal value
• Lead the line management team and guide organizational performance management
• Responsible for managing all the fixed and moveable assets
• Oversee and direct the preparation and review of reports
• Research and analyze the impact of the economic climate on the business
• Lead the operations function and ensure policies, procedures and tasks are actioned
• Evaluate and recommend business strategic partnering opportunities

Person’s specifications

• At least five (5) years in senior management
• Excellent leadership and management skills and experience 
• Minimum Degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University
• Strong work ethic and follow-through
• SME experience preferred
• Experience leading projects in a small business will be a strong advantage
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong project management skills
• A good administrator with planning and coordinating skills
• An excellent communicator able to manage difficult clients or teams
• A good understanding of finance is a strong plus
• Proven ability to sell
