Operations Manager at Stedmak Gardens and Recreational Centre

Job Purpose:

• The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations at Stedmak Gardens, ensuring smooth functionality across departments, efficient resource utilization, and high-quality service delivery. This role aims to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor service standards and address customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and amenities.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute events successfully.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality or leisure operations.
