Outdoor Marketing Associate at Zetech University

Job Objective

The position holder shall be reporting to the Senior Marketing Officer

Duties and responsibilities

• Promoting the University's products or services through outdoor campaigns, activations, and exhibitions. 
• Interact with the public to create brand awareness, answer product-related questions, and distribute promotional materials. 
• Assisting in planning, setting up, and managing outdoor marketing events and promotional booths. 
• Collecting customer contact information and inquiries during campaigns for later follow-up. 
• Gathering customer feedback and competitor insights from the field and reporting to the Senior Marketing Officer. 
• Ensuring the availability and proper distribution of marketing materials and promotional items during outdoor activities. 
• Representing the University professionally and engagingly while in the field. 
• Preparing daily or weekly activity reports, including photos, foot traffic data, and engagement summaries. 
• Adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines when executing outdoor marketing activities.
• Ensuring that safe driving practices are adhered to, including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance is done as required and within timelines;
• Preparing and submitting vehicle monitoring reports, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, and mileage as required;
• Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, in good working condition and secure at all times.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in your detailed job description.

qualification and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a large and reputable organisation.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in field marketing, promotions, or public engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
