Pattern Maker/Production Lead at First-Rate Integrated HR Services

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker & Production Lead to join our team. This role is key in ensuring that our designs are accurately translated into high-quality garments, and that production runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance across all garments.
• Handle pattern drafting and adjustments.
• Provide process oversight to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage reporting & inventory coordination.
• Lead and guide the production team, ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee timely delivery & dispatch.
• Manage raw materials to minimize waste and avoid shortages.
• Develop and maintain technical sheets to guide production.
• Assess and resolve production team challenges quickly and effectively.
• Train new production staff and build capacity within the team.
