    Payroll Specialist

    Job Overview 

    The Payroll Specialist will oversee and process various monthly Time & attendance and Company data in a timely, and accurate manner in accordance with the payroll processing calendar and deadlines for the Company’s payroll(s).

    Responsibilities 

    • Maintaining the time & attendance system & data
    • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and preparing data for payroll processing.
    • Answering calls and responding to emails pertaining to Payroll and its function
    • Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
    • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
    • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Other administrative duties.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

    • Proven Financial Software Knowledge (Advantageous)

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative Qualification (Advantageous)
    • Previous data/Information Management or Administrative Experience (Essential)
    • Proven Payroll or Time & Attendance Experience (Advantageous)
    • Intermediate MS Office Experience (Essential)
    • Intermediate – Advanced Excel Experience (Essential)
