Wellness Coordinator at Penda Health

Responsibilities:

• Leads health and wellness programs.
• Coordinates, plans, facilitates and implements corporate wellness activities and programs for our corporate clients.
• Plans and implements wellness talks and assessments at client’s location.
• Develops promotional content on wellness for social media posts for marketing purposes.
• Compiles and reports on the outcomes of wellness outreaches for the corporate clients.
• Management of corporate client relationships to ensure value for the clients and Penda. This will include development and management of a database of the clients with the engagement plan on how to keep these relationships mutually beneficial.
• Provide informative and engaging health talks on topical areas as requested by the corporate clients. This entails proper research on the topic, collaborating with the clinical team to compile relevant content based on the target audience to ensure that the engagement is beneficial to the corporate client.
• Proposal writing to corporate clients on health wellness engagements.

Requirements:

• Ability to work and coordinate effectively, wellness activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Atleast 4 years of clinical experience as a clinician or senior nurse.
• Great Communication and presentation skills especially when conducting health talks.
• People’s skills; being able to interact with your audience and keep them locked on your presentation and most importantly engaging .
• Experience in conducting wellness talks especially to corporate clients will be an advantage.
