With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting to the People Associate,you will be responsible for providing valuable administration support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Updating our internal HR management system with  employee information.
• Auditing and updating employees files with all the missing information.
• Submitting and following up on all people's team expenses and payments.
• Provide ad hoc support to the people team on other administrative tasks as needed.

More about YOU

• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business related course or any equivalent experiences.
• A related professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience between 0-1 years
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Proficiency in using Google docs and/or MS office is added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills .
• Strong communication skills. 
• A keen eye for details and the ability to multitask.
