Primary Responsibilities;

• Manage the global recruitment process, centralize the hiring process and also include new hiring manager training
• Onboard and offboard all emplyees
• Support in design and implementation of employee development and training
• Ensure employee health, safety and wellness

Requirements;

• Over 5 years professional experience working with people and/or human resources
• MBA or post graduate qualification
• Ability to design and implement human resource solutions from seed
• Experience within the financial services sector
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
