Role description
Peach is in a growth phase. We are a young company - in both age and experience - and while we have positive tailwinds we’re looking ahead and seeing a potential barrier to our growth vis-a-vis the skills and knowledge of our existing team. As such, this team of 50+ employees are in need of someone to come on board and support us in building and implementing a comprehensive training management system.
This individual will be responsible for working across departments to identify gaps in the skillsets on our team. Gaps that exist at present and gaps that could exist in the future. They will build out as well as implement or support in the implementation of training aimed at closing the skills gaps that are presently hindering optimized work and also predict skills gaps and act proactively to address them. These trainings are aimed at both the operators on our team as well as the middle management.

They need to be someone who has a bar for excellence - and vision of what successful training looks like.
