    Assistant Manager Training

    We are looking for an experienced Assistant Training Manager for property located in Kenya who will support Training Manager and overall Management with delivering of Training & Development within the resorts in region. The below requirements are the must and kindly apply if you fit to the below requirements:

    1. Experience in position of Assistant Training Manager, Training Officer or Training Executive with hospitality industry in hotels and/or resorts not less than 1 year.
    2. Overall Training & Development experience of not less than 3 years and expert knowledge of all learning areas.
    3. We are looking for a highly organized, hard-working and dynamic person who can build trustworthy and happy environment and communication with all stakeholders.
    4. Ideal candidate has extensive experience in destination, Training & Development, and hospitality.
