Support the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of LWF PMER strategies and practices and ensure integration across all projects and project cycle(s).
Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of M&E framework for various programs, continuously updating, reviewing, disseminating and validating reports.
Provide specialized support and training to program teams and partners as necessary to strengthen their capacity their capacity in program data input, use and interpretation.
Collaborate with Sector Heads to support compilation and submission of quality and timely periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report), providing graphic/illustrated feedback for ease of interpretation.
Support development and dissemination of data management tools and processes, following up as necessary to ensure utilization of such data.
Lead process of strengthening beneficiary accountability mechanisms through appropriately structured dissemination of M&E findings.
Facilitate transformation of experiences and individual learning to institutional learning through documentation of situational reports and updates.
Lead the process of adoption and application of LWF World Service and ACT Alliance policies, systems, guidelines, procedures and action plans for accountability to Disaster Affected Persons and as per donor requirements.
Participate in internal and external meetings, as well as identify opportunities for partner collaboration as appropriate.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in either Social Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science Management or other related fields.
Proven experience of minimum 3 years working with humanitarian and development programme.
Experience gained with an international NGO will be an added advantage.
An impeccable professional standard of ethics as well as the willingness and ability to implement accountability activities within the LWF World Service essential.

Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, use of internet and email
Proven experience of using online data collection tools and techniques in the humanitarian sector.
Strong analytical, facilitation and documentation experience with humanitarian programmes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influencing negotiation and pragmatism.
Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to liaise with a variety of people successfully and effectively in a multicultural set up.
