Private Driver -Nairobi at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective.

• Our client, based in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a reliable and professional Private Driver to provide dedicated transport services to the CEO. The role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, and commitment to safety, ensuring all journeys are conducted efficiently and comfortably.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the CEO to various destinations 
• Plan routes in advance, taking into account traffic patterns and potential disruptions 
• Anticipate and respond to travel challenges such as delays, roadblocks, or vehicle issues 
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations 
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance at all times 
• Keep accurate records of servicing, fuel usage, and general vehicle condition 
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the vehicle 
• Deliver a high level of service with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability 
• Assist with errands and occasional administrative support as required 
• Promptly report any mechanical or technical issues 
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional conduct at all times 
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate; additional training in logistics or a related field is an added advantage 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant driving experience, preferably in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices
