Procurement Intern at Reeds Africa Consult

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing local purchase orders.
• Following up and ensuring timely delivery of requested supplies and materials.
• Assist in getting quotations from suppliers.
• Ensuring the suppliers invoices are submitted to accounts payables on time.
•  Scrutinizing all requisitions forms made.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a structured work environment
