    Procurement Officer - High-End Liquor Store

    The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of high-end liquor products. This role will require attention to detail, an understanding of the luxury goods market, and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will ensure that we maintain optimal stock levels, secure the best deals, and uphold the quality standards expected by our esteemed clientele.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and procure a wide range of high-end liquor, including limited editions, exclusive brands, and rare collections.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to secure the best deals and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and prices while maintaining the store's high standards for quality.
    • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory to meet demand without overstocking.
    • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast product demand and plan purchasing accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements concerning the procurement of alcohol.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within a similar industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the liquor industry and market trends.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and inventory levels efficiently.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
