Product Manager at Fanisi HR Solutions

• in crafting beautiful, intuitive, and highly interactive dashboards for their payment processing platform. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a well-defined product backlog with clearly prioritized items.
• Evaluate outputs from the development team and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.
• Ensure the Scrum Team fully understands product requirements and user expectations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors to fuel product innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong communicator and effective collaborator across diverse teams.
• Experience building dashboards for the payments industry.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data-fetching techniques.
• Background in the remittance or cross-border payments sector.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
