Production Clerk at EcoFix Kenya Ltd (EFK)

Job Description

He or she will be collecting data at the production line, reporting to managers, tracking materials/inventory during and after production and accounting for all the inventory items. In addition, the position holder will be responsible for daily posting of production data in the ERP system

 Qualifications and skills

1. Certificate/Diploma in B-com or CPA section 1 or 2.
2. Previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing setup
3. Training or experience in Sage Evolution in similar tasks (Processing)
4. Computer Packages
5. The position holder should have good analytical and numerical skill

Responsibilities

1. Keeping track of production inventory on a daily basis, ensuring availability of stocks for a weekly production schedule.
2. To maintain records of incoming materials, internal movement of materials, production rates of products, inventory stock levels of end-products, and records of all dispatches including delivery Notes
3. Daily updating of bin cards
4. Inspect items as to quality and quantity against freight documents
5. Leading in stock taking and explaining the variances as well as making adjustment in the system.
6. Assist in production postings in the ERP system based on data on production forms

8. Manage all company consumables, PPEs and assets
9. Receive cash sales orders, process batching of the order and inspect all deliveries before they leave the stores to ensure they are of the right quantity and quality of packaging
10. Any other duty that may be assigned
