We’re hiring a Production Operator to join our factory team at Grounded. You’ll produce high-quality non-toxic cleaning products, making sure every batch meets recipe, quality, and safety standards. From mixing and filling to caring for machines and reporting accurately, you’ll help us hit daily targets and keep production running smoothly.
